How Pink VoIP works, in plain English
- Pink VoIP plans are monthly. Stop any time before your next month starts.
- International minutes cover landlines and mobiles in the listed countries. Calls to other countries and special numbers are charged from your credit.
- Pink Family Line numbers are available in selected countries, subject to that country's rules and availability.
- Pink Home Phone needs broadband for the adapter, or data or Wi-Fi for the app.
- You can call 999 and 112 for free. In a power cut, the adapter won't work without power, so keep a charged mobile.
- If you rely on your phone line for a personal alarm, or can't use a mobile in an emergency, tell us and we'll make sure you have a backup.
- Fair use applies to unlimited UK calls: they're for personal use, not call centres or reselling.
