The fair-use rules, in plain English
- Your second home is picked when you join and can be changed once a year.
- Each plan includes a number of second-home days a year. A day counts when your line is used there.
- Lines are activated in the UK, and the second home unlocks after your first 30 days.
- Pink is for people who live in the UK. If a line is used abroad more than in the UK over four months, the second-home benefit can be paused.
- When your days run out, add a Roam Day or use Pink Global. You're never cut off.

What is the second home?
When you join, you pick one country you go back to often, such as India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Poland, Spain or the UAE. Your Pink plan works there as if you were in the UK, for a set number of days a year, and calls between your two countries are included.
Can I change my second home?
Yes, once a year. That keeps the price fair for everyone.
Is there a contract or credit check?
No. Pink Mobile plans are prepaid and roll monthly, or you can pay for a year up front. There's no credit check and you can pay with a card from abroad.
Can I keep my number?
Yes. Text PAC to 65075 from your current phone to get your switching code, then give it to us when you join.
Which network does Pink Mobile use?
Pink Mobile runs on one of the UK's best mobile networks, with 4G and 5G coverage across the country.
What does Unlimited mean on Pink?
Pink Unlimited gives you full-speed data for your first 100GB each month. After that, you stay connected at a reduced speed (up to 1 Mbps) until your plan renews. We never cut you off or charge you extra.
Can someone else pay for my plan?
Yes. With Send Love, anyone can top up a Pink number by card, from the UK or abroad: a top-up, extra data, or your next month. You can also send an Ask for Love link.
