How Pink VoIP works, in plain English

  1. Pink VoIP plans are monthly. Stop any time before your next month starts.
  2. International minutes cover landlines and mobiles in the listed countries. Calls to other countries and special numbers are charged from your credit.
  3. Pink Family Line numbers are available in selected countries, subject to that country's rules and availability.
  4. Pink Home Phone needs broadband for the adapter, or data or Wi-Fi for the app.
  5. You can call 999 and 112 for free. In a power cut, the adapter won't work without power, so keep a charged mobile.
  6. If you rely on your phone line for a personal alarm, or can't use a mobile in an emergency, tell us and we'll make sure you have a backup.
  7. Fair use applies to unlimited UK calls: they're for personal use, not call centres or reselling.
QUESTIONS

Home phone, answered.

Something else? WhatsApp us, or email hello@pinkmobile.uk.

Do I have to change my phone?

No. Plug your existing home phone into a Pink adapter connected to your broadband.

What if I don't have broadband?

Answer your home number on your mobile in the Pink app instead, over mobile data.

What about a personal alarm?

Tell us before you switch. We'll check your alarm works and make sure you have a backup in a power cut.

Can family help me set it up?

Yes. Family can set it up for you, and pay for it with Send Love from anywhere.
