When does my 12 months start?
On the day your line is activated, not the day you pay.
What if Pink doesn't launch when you say?
If we can't activate your line by the launch date shown at checkout, you can cancel for a full refund.
What happens after 12 months?
You can renew at the founder price of £200 a year for up to three years in total. After that, you move to our best Unlimited price at the time.
Can I have any number I want?
Memorable numbers are subject to availability. You choose from the numbers we have when you join, so we can't guarantee a specific one.
Is the 10% to the Pink Ribbon Foundation included?
Yes. Founder plans count, just like every other Pink plan.
How many founder places are there?
Founder places are limited and close when they're gone or when we launch, whichever comes first.
