How Pink VoIP works, in plain English
- Pink VoIP plans are monthly. Stop any time before your next month starts.
- International minutes cover landlines and mobiles in the listed countries. Calls to other countries and special numbers are charged from your credit.
- Pink Family Line numbers are available in selected countries, subject to that country's rules and availability.
- Pink Home Phone needs broadband for the adapter, or data or Wi-Fi for the app.
- You can call 999 and 112 for free. In a power cut, the adapter won't work without power, so keep a charged mobile.
- If you rely on your phone line for a personal alarm, or can't use a mobile in an emergency, tell us and we'll make sure you have a backup.
- Fair use applies to unlimited UK calls: they're for personal use, not call centres or reselling.

Which countries are included?
50+ countries including India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Ghana, Poland, Romania and the UAE. The full list is published at launch.
Does the other person need the app?
No. You can call any landline or mobile number. They just answer as normal.
Can I call from abroad?
Yes. Call from the Pink app on any Wi-Fi or data, wherever you are.
Do Pink Mobile customers get this?
Pink Mobile plans already include calls between your two homes. Pink Call the World adds the rest of the world.
