Terms of service

Last updated 1 November 2026

These terms apply when you create a Pink account or buy a Pink Global eSIM. Please read them before you buy. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

1. Who we are

Pink Global is provided by Pink Mobile Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16658829 ("Pink Mobile", "we", "us"). You can contact us at hello@pinkmobile.uk.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or over to open an account and buy an eSIM. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently or in breach of these terms. We'll tell you why unless the law prevents us.

3. What you are buying

Each Pink Global plan is a data-only eSIM for the countries, data allowance and validity period shown on the plan before you buy. Plans do not include calls or texts.

Your plan connects to local partner networks. Speeds and coverage depend on those networks, your device and your location, and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for making sure your phone supports eSIM and is unlocked before you buy. Our phone check is a guide only.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Where we show another currency, it is an approximate guide; you are charged in GBP and your card provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

Payment is taken when you place your order. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card number.

5. Delivery

We deliver your eSIM as a QR code and installation details, by email and in your Pink account, normally within minutes of payment.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Because your eSIM is digital content supplied straight away at your request, you will be asked to agree, at checkout, that delivery starts immediately and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once your eSIM is delivered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind after delivery.

If your eSIM is faulty, does not match its description, or we cannot provide the service, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We'll first try to fix the problem or replace the eSIM. If we can't, we will refund you in full or in part, as appropriate.

Unused data, and any validity left when a plan ends, is not refundable.

7. Using your eSIM fairly

Plans are for personal use while travelling. You must not resell plans, use them in SIM boxes or other equipment that routes traffic in bulk, or use them for anything unlawful.

We may suspend a plan that is being misused, and we'll tell you if we do.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

9. Complaints

If something goes wrong, email hello@pinkmobile.uk. We aim to resolve complaints quickly. If we can't resolve your complaint within eight weeks, or we reach deadlock, we'll tell you how to refer it to an independent alternative dispute resolution scheme, free of charge.

10. Giving back

Pink Mobile gives 10% of its net revenue to the Pink Ribbon Foundation (registered charity no. 1080839).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live.
