How Pink Business plans work, in plain English
- Pink Business Solo is one line. Pink Business Team is 2 to 50 lines. More than 50? Talk to us.
- The price per line is the same whether you have 1 line or 50. Small teams don't pay more.
- Mix and match: every person can be on a different plan, and you can change plans any month.
- Lines are monthly. Add one in minutes, or stop one at the end of its month.
- Team Bank: unused data on capped plans goes into a shared pot that anyone on the team can use.
- Every line picks its own second home, changeable once a year, with the same fair-use rules as every Pink plan.
- Business Unlimited gives 100GB at full speed each month, then slower data. Never cut off.
- Numbers belong to the account holder, not the person using the phone.
- Business prices are shown with and without VAT. You get one VAT invoice a month.

Do I need a limited company?
No. Pink Business Solo is for sole traders and freelancers as well as limited companies.
Can I keep my personal number?
Yes. Your personal number stays as it is. Pink adds a business number to the same phone.
Is it ready for Making Tax Digital?
Pink sends a VAT invoice every month as a digital document you can add to your accounting software. Your accountant can tell you exactly what you need to keep.
Can I switch the business number off?
Yes. Set business hours and send calls to voicemail outside them.
